I am attempting to install Slackware's Linux (bundled with book
and CD entitled "Internet CD" - copyright 1994) and it doesn't
seem to recognize my Adaptec 2742 (VLB) SCSI controller. Is there
any Linux release out there that *will* recognize this controller?
If so, where? If not, is there a driver for this card floating around
anywhere?

Thanks in advance for any help with this. Please direct replies to
e-mail.
