Hi;

I'm getting a new pc in March.

I don't want to buy it from dell, gateway or any of the big oems. I
don't like having to pay for windows whether or not I want it.

I'm recovering from shoulder surgery over the next few months so
building my own pc isn't really an option.

Can anyone recommend a business locale to the Arlington, Virginia area
that will sell me a pc without an operating system? How about a
local buisness that will build a pc for me from parts?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Please reply to the group.....thanks

Steve
