I will be spending the day at the Smithsonian on Wednesday, July 29. I have seen all the usual stuff and am looking for new and interesting things to see. I have heard about the STAR TREK exhibit. Is there anything else new? It doesn't have to be a new/temporary exhibit. Maybe something out of the way; a little less popular than the rest. I am open to suggestions of all kinds just as long as the museum is within walking distance of the Smithsonian subway station. Thanks in advance for your help. Mary Brick e-mail: m15841@mitre.org

The Star Trek exhibit isn't the only new things at the NASM. They have also redone their WWI gallery. The gallery is kind of controversial too, since its main focus isn't on airplanes. -- Steven Fenger fenger@power1.ee.msu.edu fenger@cps.msu.edu svfenge@afterlife.ncsc.mil

I also hearrd good things re: Star Trek. It seems I'll be spending a good deal of my time between the Air and Space Museum and the Arts and Industry Museum (the psychology exhibit is supposed to be a real don't miss item)!!
