The January meeting of the Middle Atlantic Chapter of the American
Aviation Historical Society will meet on Wednesday the 13th at 7:30PM,
at the Paul Garber Facility in Silver Hill Maryland.

Don Lopez of the National Air and Space Museum will recount some of
his experiences flying P-40s with the 23rd Fighter Group, who were the
heirs to the name and traditions of the famed "Flying Tigers", when
that unit was disbanded, and the 14th Air Force was formed.

The P-40 that hangs in the museum is done up in the marking of the
plane that Don Lopez flew. A little trivia there.

All are welcome to attend.

Dick
