As Tony Canales pointed out in News Briefs (http://www.nramemberscouncils.com/newsbriefs/040728.shtml) and others have sent me links privately, the number of deaths estimated to occur nationally due to health care system MISTAKES has recently doubled according to a study by Denver-based HealthGrades(R). Note that the CA NRA Members' Councils Life/Death Clock (which measures common causes of death against firearm homicide) has been updated with the new statistics. See http://nramemberscouncils.com/lifeclock/ This is particularly notable - the health care system has just been indicted with annually killing nearly half as many people as tobacco! This moves doctor's mistakes ABOVE the number of people killed by alchohol. Hmmm... it may be time for another CDC anti-gun study, eh?
