When you examine the global statistics it is apparent that the highest
murder rates occur in central and southern Africa, followed by central
and South America, the Caribbean, and then the Russian federation and
the east European countries of the USSR.  Then comes the USA,
followed by the Britain, the countries of western Europe, Australia
and New Zealand in no particular order.   The lowest murder rate, by
far, is found in Iceland.  The strongest indicator is african ancestry.
