A friend of mine, moving to berlin just told me he subscribed for the
eunet service by mean of slip V32bis over the pop in berlin for a flat
fee of 80 DM a month. This allows for 80 hours of network usage during
a month. I think that is a very sensible offer. The offer of the british
company (can you give the name) may sound even better, because it
does not excel any such restrictions, but i bet if you use v32bis
traffic effectively for a duty period during the month that is longer
than say these 80 hours, they may quickly be urged to cancel their offer,
or the lines that they use will quickly become so overloaded that they
cannot sensibly be used.
