Hallo,
in Stichpunkten ein paar Details:
Moabit, alleinstehendes HH  (sehr ruhig), 2.Stock, hell.
2 1/2 bzw. 3 Zimmer:  (a) 21, (b) 16 und (c) 7 m^2 (alles ca.), 
Kueche, gefliestes Bad, gut geschnittener Flur (Stauraum)   
die Whg. ist saniert (durchgehender Teppich, trittschallgedaempft ...)

Die Sache ist so: mein Mitbewohner zieht aus und ich werde die Whg. ueber-
nehmen. Die Warmmiete liegt bei ca. DM 1000. Bislang hatte ich Zi.(b),  
(c) diente als Gaestezimmer (welch Luxus) und wir teilten die Miete 
2/5 zu 3/5. (zur Orientierung, ich wuerde evtl. auch nach (a) uebersiedeln...)
Ach ja, das Zimmer ist eigentlich ab 1.7. frei, uneigentlich wohl schon 
frueher.
