Oner schematics

I'm looking for the schematics or better yet a kit for a one watt
transmitter at 144-148 MhZ FM at 10 dB.
Power supply should be 9-12 V as I'm planning to put the
transmitter into a model airplane. The idea is to generate a
locating beacon in case the plane flies away.

I know, this request is a no-brainer to most HAMs, but I'm no into
this hobby (just passed my Technician license) so I would
definitely appreciate any help and guidance.

Thank's,
Andreas
