Does anyone have any knowledge to this modem ?

Can I use it as an analogue adapter for analogue telephones ?

Can I use it as an analogue modem (through analogue telephone lines.... I'm
still waiting for the ISDN box to be installed...) ? How ?

I'm using W98 (beta)...Is it difficult to set it up, any precautions I
should take ?
Any known conflicts with other hardware (like Adaptec 2940..?)

Any input is appreciated
