How to check who I sent my mail to (deleted)?

Hi, I sent out an email this morning from my yahoo account with an
attachment to my office email address

Afterwhich, I deleted the sent mail from my Outlook Express 'Sent' folder
and the 'Deleted Items' folder.

However this email did not reach me at my office email account. I then tried
to send a few test mails from my yahoo account to my office email account
which worked OK.

Is there ANY way at all (maybe from the registry or something) to see which
email address I sent the mail with the attachment to? I know it's a long
shot, considering that it might be deleted from the 'Deleted Items' folder,
but any way at all to see who I sent it to? I don't want the stuff getting
it into the wrong hands. :(

I have not received a NDR (non-delivery report) so that probably means the
mail is being lost or i sent it to the wrong address.

Appreciate your response.

Thanks in Advance!

If the Sent Items and Deleted Items folders have not been compacted you can
extract the messages from them with this program:
DBXtract (free):
