@martin widmer: Das mach ich morgen auch, auch wenn ich lieber haette,
wenn sich das Problem anders loesen liesse.

Hab jetzt wohl wirklich alles probiert:
- Komplette Deinstallation der Nvidia Firewall
- Ausschalten der Windows Firewall
-Updates von Bios und allen Treibern.

-Auch bei der Durchsicht der Logs konnte ich nichts erkennen. Nur dass
die Windowsfirewall zum Zeitpunkt wo sich die Netzwerkkarte
verabschiedet, die Schliessung aller TCP und UDP Sockets registriert.
- Alle anderen PCs funktionieren einwandfrei im Netzwerk (auch mit
Guild Wars und Warcraft 3)

Wenn irgendwer noch nen guten Tipp hat waere ich wirklich froh.
