PROJECT MANAGER 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility for this project manager at InterMedia is to 
ensure the timely, bug-free and in-budget production commercial CD-ROM 
titles and/or internet-based multimedia client/server applications. 
Specifically, a project manager is expected to perform the following 
duties for this project:

· Manage the production of an implementation-specification ("i-spec") 
based on the f-spec that will detail the production process and the 
overall architecture of the resulting system. This is essentially the 
blue-print for how to build the project.
· Work with the project team to execute the i-spec on time and 
on-schedule to produce a bug-free gold-disc that can be sent for 
packaging. 
· During the execution of the i-spec a project manager must monitor 
progress, motivate project team members, keep the project on course and 
report potential problems that will affect schedule and/or. 
· At the end of the project, a project manager is expected to provide an 
evaluation on each member of the project team based on their 
contribution to the project.

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years experience successfully managing the production of 
multimedia/Internet projects.
· Comfortable working in a small company environment.
· Able to manage a team of programmers, artists, and designers in order 
to release a high quality product
· Able to manage schedules and develop proposals/specifications.
· Ability to negotiate technical issues and understand interface design 
process. Prior programming experience a plus.
