Hi there everyone,

I was just wondering if you could help me to find any kind of information
about network simulator applications written in JAVA for Windows platform.

The network simulator should enable experimentation with various data-link
layer, network layer, routing and transport layer networking protocols.

i.e studying the dynamic behavior of flow and congestion control schemes in
packet-switched data networks (namely TCP/IP).

I would very much appreciate any kind of information about this.

Java != JavaScritp
