Da bitte ausnahmsweise ich um den exakten Wortlaut. Ich kenne kein
EULA von Microsoft, das den Weiterverkauf von Software verbietet. 

Hier ist ein Auszug aus dem Quelltext, der als Grundlage des EULA
gilt: 
"You and/or Additional Licensees may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT. You and/or Additional Licensees may make a permanent transfer
of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or your right to use the Application (as an
additional licensee) by providing Microsoft written notice of your
name, company, address, and the name, company, and address of the
person to whom you are transferring the rights granted herein. In the
event of a transfer, you and/or Additional Licensees may not retain
copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and accompanying written materials and
the recipient must agree to the terms of this Agreement. You and/or
Additional Licensees may not reverse engineer, de-compile or
disassemble the SOFTWARE. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an update or has
been updated, any transfer of the license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
must include the most recent update and all prior versions. Without
prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft may terminate this EULA if
you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such
event, you must destroy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all copies of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT."

In diesem Text steht nichts davon, dass ein Weiterverkauf der Software
unzulaessig ist. Der Text formuliert lediglich einige Voraussetzungen
dazu.
