DPES does not have DIP switches but rather jumpers.  From the IBM Storage
Products Division (the IBM disk drive company) home page 
(http://www.ibmlink.ibm.com/storage/oem/menu1.htm):

With the drive electronics card up, SCSI connector facing
away from you, the jumpers pins are:

1  3  5  7  9  11 13
2  4  6  8  10 12 14

|  |  |  |  |  ---Enable Terminatation
|  |  |  |  ---Disable Unit Attn

Attention the "[ ]" signs are for the SCSI ID

and the "{  }" signs for the special functions on the right side
