Help... Can't remote boot from any PCI Network Card under Novell 4.1x

WE are trying to get a network going. The environment is
as follows:
Novell 4.1X as the server
Nodes are all diskless
Files used for preparing boot image are :
    LSL.com
    PCIODI.com
    RPLODI.com
    IPXODI.com
    VLM.exe

We have to use PCI Ethernet adapters. CNET card (CN935E) works
only if booted from a floppy. But it refuses to work via
the remote boot rom.

We then tried a card from another company, Realtek, but with
the same results.

However, with an ISA Network interface card, it works fine.

On the server we have loaded RPL.nlm
Do we need to load any other file on the server? or on the node?

Any suggestions/information will be greatly appreciated.

We have tried the CNET home page, but it has information only for
Win 95 environments...
