I am creating an order form in Word 2000. My customer will fill in the
blanks and then email the form to me, thus placing their order.

The data fields all appear on the Word generated e-mail. 

The drop-down result does not appear in the e-mail. Neither do checked
boxes.

What am I doing wrong?

Well - not easy to say - can you show some of you code, maybe we can find
your problem by looking at that ?
