Hmm, eine Bezugsquelle habe ich leider nicht. Aber mit den Daten kann
ich Dir wohl helfen, um einen Ersatztypen zu finden: Die 50 bedeutet
IDS=50A !!, N=N-Kanal-Typ, 06=60V. Dein Anschlussbild scheint nicht ganz
zu stimmen, laut Datenblatt ist die Reihenfolge GDS. Also nochmal
zusammengefasst:

IDS:  50A
UDss: 60V
N-Kanal

Als Ersatztyp koennte vielleicht ein Philips BUK456-60A in Frage kommen:

IDS:  52A
UDss: 60V
PD:   150W
