Hi,

vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem
Urteil des Landgerichts Mannheim. Es ging um eine K�ndigung gegen die der
Arbeitnehmer geklagt hatte. Entscheidend war aber die Urteilsbegr�ndung, in
der der Richter die Pf�lzer als faules und verschlagenes Volk bezeichnet
hat. Dadurch ist das Urteil auch zu einigem Ruhm gekommen. Wer wei�, wo
diese Urteilsbegr�ndung zu finden ist, bitte PM an mich.

Hi Thomas,

das AZ kenne ich leider/nat�rlich nicht. Zum Datum kann ich nur sagen, da�
das Urteil aus der ersten Jahresh�lfte 1997 stammt. Ich wei� nat�rlich
nicht, ob Dir eine so detaillierte ;-) Information hilft.
