A LONGISH INTRO NOTE, ON *QUACKERY WARFARE*
BY THE REACTIONARIES AS AN IMPORTANT PART
OF THE CLASS STRUGGLE IN THE WORLD TODAY

Recently, two also politically important newsletters have been
disseminated by the klein-klein-verlag in Germany (a pub-
lishing house; "klein" means "small"). In Net form, they are

The firstmentioned of these contains an article, on the pre-
sent international "bird flu" terror propaganda hoax and in
particular on some recent events at the German island of R�gen
in connection with this propaganda hoax, by Stefan Lanka.

The second contains an article by Karl Krafeld on "bird flu",
likewise including the recent R�gen events, and also on so-
called "HIV" and "AIDS". (The last-mentioned has also been a
theme of some earlier "UNITE! Infos", from the year 2000 on
- see my homepage section "Subjects in postings" - and of a
smaller particular posting series of mine. Several scientific
websites on this subject, in several languages too, can be
accessed via my "Links" section, under "On purportedly exis-

I shall report and comment on some details in these excellent
articles in the below. Noted in particular should be how both
their authors characterized the "bird flu" propaganda and some
actions undertaken or planned by various authorities as co-
vered-up with it. Lanka called it "moderner Krieg der USA" -
*"modern war by the USA"*. Krefeld wrote (in translation):
"The ruling persons' fear-provoking *rifles and cannon* for
oppressing people have been *replaced with virtual [non-
existing] viruses* (HIV, H5N1)".

This is quite true. It only needs to be specified and comple-
mented a little, I hold, in that, more precisely, it's above
all the US imperialists, as main representatives of the entire
imperialist bourgeoisie in the world, who are engaging in this
warfare, directed against the people in all countries, and in
that of course those rifles and cannon - etcetera - which are
in the hands of the oppressors have not been replaced com-
pletely with those other and very particular weapons of theirs
but likewise continue to exist as an important factor in the
world.

At any rate, what was importantly pointed to in these articles
is the fact that there in the world today is going on, on a
very large scale too, something which one might also call
*quackery warfare*. (I used that term in  item 097, of
18.02.2006, in my homepage section "News with brief comments".
It's intended, on my part, to cover also some other big terror
propaganda hoaxes than those about purported viruses.)

In yesterday's issue of the Bangkok Post (Net edition), there
was an article [not accessible today, but I've saved it at my
homepage] which is of interest in this connection too, since
it brought  information on more precisely where, within
several  countries in the world, there recently have occurred
 instances of such diseases in poultry which "officially" are
being lumped together and called by the common name of "bird
flu".

The article, by Achara Ashayagachat, was headlined "Factory
farms behind bird flu spread - Wild birds not really to
blame". The author, erroneously but not unsurprisingly, be-
lieved that there actually is a "virus H5N1" and that this is
what causes the "bird flu", but despite this helped confirm
that which, above all, the abovementioned writers and others
in the klein-klein-aktion and klein-klein-verlag in Germany
have been pointing out since a long time back, namely:

What actually sometimes is causing farmed poultry to get
diseased is not any type of "contagion" but are bad methods in
this farming, which may occasion the fowls to get stressed,
undernourished or poisoned. (Details on this in Info #251en.)
The concerted story in all the main international mass media
recently about "migrating wild birds' bringing with them a
contagious disease, dangerous to humans too" to the island of
R�gen, for instance, to France or to other countries in Europe
or elsewhere, is a blatant lie, really a "savage canard" (see
my NWBC items 101 and 102).

Those men, women and children (some 90 in the world as a
whole) who purportedly have "died from" (the phantom) "virus
H5N1" in reality died due to quite other causes. (See Info
#251en.) The "bird flu" propaganda and some purportedly "pre-
ventive" actions by a number of reactionary governments and
international organizations are an instance of a particular
type of warfare, directed against practically everybody on
earth.

In a speech in 1962 (the rather famous "speech to the 7,000
cadres"), Mao Zedong, chairman of the then still revolutionary
Communist Party of China, said, among other things:

 "The next fifty or hundred years from now will be an
 epic period of fundamental change in the social system
 of the world, an earth-shaking period, with which no
 past era can be compared. Living in such a period, we
 must be prepared to carry out great struggles, dif-
 fering in many respects from the forms of struggle of
 previous periods."

This no doubt was and is correct. It may be added that, in
this period as foreseen by Mao Zedong then, there so far also
have occurred upheavals which have meant setbacks for the
people in the world, above all the overthrow of socialism pre-
cisely in China in 1976/78. Other such are likely to occur in
the future too. And as seen from the perspective of today, it
seems quite possible, I hold, that this particularly earth-
shaking period of international class struggle (in part taking
place "under the surface", so to speak) in which we today
still are living too may last even somewhat longer than a
hundred years as reckoned from 1962 on.

But what should not least be noted in that speech by Mao Ze-
dong then is that piece of advice of his, which in my opinion
was very perspicacious and which today is even more important
than it was in 1962, for people to carry out great struggles
*differing* in many respects *from the forms of struggle of
previous periods*.

In recent decades, in particular from the late 1960s / early
1970s on, the imperialists precisely more and more have re-
sorted to some new, or previously rather unknown, forms and
methods of class struggle. One cluster of such methods makes
up what I since some ten years back have been calling "'green'
(anti-industrial) warfare" - see that subject under "Subjects
in postings", and various subjects of the natural sciences
under "Links".

A number of current big propaganda hoaxes in the realm of the
natural sciences, accompanied by actions of mass destruction
- actions also of  mass killing of people, in particular in
the poorer, internationally-oppressed and exploited countries
- which these hoaxes are intended to cover-up and to "justi-
fy", I've listed in Info #136en:

The many hoaxes directed against the peaceful use of nuclear
energy, including that of low-dose ionizing radiation's not
being beneficial for people's health but, on the contrary,
"detrimental to" it, the hoax about "harmful manmade global
warming", the hoax about oil's having "biological" origins
and being "scarce on earth", the hoax about the so-called
CFCs' not being excellent and extremely useful substances but,
on the contrary, "causing a depletion of the earth's ozone
layer", the hoax about the pesticide DDT's not being likewise
an excellent substance, and very necessary for combating the
scourge of malaria in many countries, but, on the contrary,
"a cause of environmental problems", etcetera. These (more or
less) new methods of class struggle, on the part of the ruling
reactionaries, were also a main theme for instance in a leaf-
let which I published here in Malm�, Sweden, on 1 May 2004 -
reproduced in translation in Info #214en.

The basic "principle" behind this "green" warfare of the reac-
tionaries', their main motive for it, was discovered (or you
could say, rediscovered) and publicly pointed to in the mid-
1970s, in connection with the increasingly massive arch-reac-
tionary international campaign against nuclear energy then, by
a small party in Germany (based in the then West Germany and
Berlin(West)), the KPD/ML (NEUE EINHEIT), which at that time
was an actually Marxist-Leninist and politically very advanced
party. On this, see for instance Info #004en (part 1/2 and
part 2/2) or, for German-readers, my section "Einige Texte auf
Deutsch".  It was representatives of that party too who in-
formed me, for instance, about this today even more vitally
important matter.

The retrogressive "principle" behind those "green", anti-in-
dustrial policies, which today are embraced by the main ruling
forces in the world, was actually discovered already by Marx,
who noted it, as then an idea only by some feudalists, for
instance in an important speech in London in 1856. You can
find this speech in  (the original) English, in German and in
Swedish at the Marx & Engels Internet Archive, or in my Infos
#005en, #005de respectively #005se.

This was not discovered, or at least not publicly pointed to,
by for instance the Chinese communists in the period before
their party was taken over by the bourgeoisie in 1976/78, al-
though they did point to some bad dealings by the big reac-
tionary powers then in the international conference in Stock-
holm purportedly "on the environment" in 1972, and published a
criticism of the anti-nuclear-energy campaign, in the weekly
Peking Review, in early 1976 (see Info #026 en, part 1/2 and
part 2/2).

And none of those other organizations in Europe and North Ame-
rica (for instance), except the abovementioned small "NE" in
Germany, which have stated their adherence to the political
line of Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong, have ever attacked those
arch-reactionary "green" policies of the main imperialists'.
On the contrary, many of them have acted as political spear-
heads in these vicious attacks against the people, thereby
showing up their true nature as puppets of the imperialists',
of the US imperialists' quite in particular. One instance of
this was the phony "KPD" in Germany in the 1970s; another is
the still existing so-called "MLPD" in the same country.

As for  that earlier so important party, the  "NE",  it
tragically degenerated from some point or other in the 1980s
on and in 1990 had turned completely bourgeois (see for in-
stance a polemic of mine with its  "successor" in 1999, in
Info #106en, part 1/7 etc, or a 1990 criticism of mine of that
party in German in Info #049de, part 1/11 etc); its still
existing "successor", the phony"left" "Group Neue Einheit"
[http://www.neue-einheit.com/, does retain some of the earlier
party's particularly great political knowledge, continuing to
attack, for instance, the anti-nuclear-energy campaign, but
against some other and today likewise important anti-indus-
trial hoaxes in the field of the natural sciences, it, like
its phony"left" colleagues, continues to say nothing. Those
forces are  all, in the final instance, puppets of reaction
and in particular puppets of US imperialism.

The *quackery warfare* is a cluster of terror methods, *paral-
lel to the "green" warfare* in that it too is being perpetra-
ted by the arch-reactionaries in all countries, today led by
US imperialism, against the vast majority of people in all
countries.

It's not as relatively new as is the "green" warfare but
probably has been going on for centuries, and likewise has
cost many millions of lives.

In the interview reproduced in Info #251en, for instance, Ste-
fan Lanka also said:

 "The school medicine protagonists/practitioners...have
  killed and are killing more people than all wars so
 far have made possible",

and pointed to the historical origins of the now internatio-
nally "established" reign in medicine as those of

 "...an oppression and killing instrument of the Vati-
 can's when it was struggling to rise in the world,
 having developed out of the usurping West Roman army."

Here there obviously are some things to be investigated which
no doubt are very little known to the general public today and
which certainly are quite unknown to me.

Particularly important it is for actually Marxist or other
leftwing forces anyway, if they are to hold their implied
promise to favour the common interests of the vast majority of
people, to acquire some knowledge of the natural sciences and
to combat both that "green" warfare and that quackery warfare
in which the main reactionaries are so massively engaging
today.

But neither the "Group Neue Einheit" nor - as far as I know -
any of its various "cousins" in the other European and North
American countries has so far said as much as a small "beep"
against that giant "HIV/AIDS" hoax which has been going on in
the world for over two decades now and whose completely frau-
dulent "scientific" basis and arch-reactionary terrorist cha-
racter has been totally exposed publicly by other forces, by
some non-corrupted scientists in several countries, above all.
Neither have any of those phony"left" forces so far said a
word against the present big "bird flu" terror hoax.

This shows that they in reality - although members of these
organizations may think and hope otherwise - are all being
controlled by the very worst reaction and in fact have as
their real mission to stab, under a mask of a "friendly face",
the vast majority of people in the back most viciously. Un-
fortunately, the reactionaries have succeeded in preventing
there existing even the smallest genuinely Marxist-Leninist
party or organization today, at least in the more highly-
developed countries, and this among other things makes the
combating of the quackery warfare more difficult.

In order to be able to combat that warfare, you of course have
to know that there is such a thing, to begin with, and what is
wrong with those purportedly "scientific" propositions on
which the entire imperialist establishment since a long time
back, in fact, is basing some very harmful, indeed mass mur-
dering, actions which it's undertaking in the field of medi-
cine.

On my part, I've only just started to learn some facts about
this. There since long are some publications however with very
sharp criticisms of certain "established theories" in medicine
(see links to some of them under "On a (not quite) new theory
in medicine" at my "Links" section, and it's obvious that at
least some of these criticisms are quite correct. Then the
dissemination of these facts to the general public, as now
undertaken by the klein-klein-verlag in Germany, for instance,
absolutely must be supported.

The present international wave of "bird flu" terror hoax pro-
paganda and corresponding harmful actions by the reactiona-
ries, for instance, obviously is a quite serious attack
against practically everybody on earth, against which the
maximum defence possible must be put up.
