I regret that we have had to remove one of the machines (punt) that
holds mail for customers for urgent maintenance.

This means that mail held for customers on that machine will not be
available until the machine is returned to service.

We currently anticipate that the machine will be out of service until
late evening. Updates to this estimate will be made via status@gate.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this failure.
