You are probably aware that we have had major network problems throughout the night and early hours of this morning. This was eventually traced to 'ARP Storms' on part of the network and the offending part of the network was isolated to allow the major services to be restored soon after 10:00 this morning. Further work then continued to trace the problem to the source whilst bringing the isolated portion of the network back into service. We apologise for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.
