I think the filename is 'so1036.txt' or something very similar - the
copy I downloaded a while back is called SO1036.TXT on my (DOS)
machine, and I do try to keep the original filenames where possible.
I'm pretty sure it's in /pub/doc/rfc too, otherwise I would never
have found it :)
