I wonder if I'm unusual in sometimes wanting a
little utility to generate the 3 line or so .wrk
file from a .txt file?

I save my outgoing mail automatically by adding
it to a .zip, but I don't save the .wrk files.
Sometimes I'd like to extract and resend such
mail (most commonly when I get a failure report
from some mailer daemon).  It doesn't take long
to reconstruct the .wrk file by hand, but I just
wondered if anyone has a proggie to do this, or
indeed if anyone would want one if I bothered?
