searching for C source of FTP utility

I am developping on real time Unix like Os, and I am searching for a C
source of FTP utility.
I only want to be able to send a file or receive a file by FTP protocol in a
C program and be sure of that.

Thanks

Pascal

Well if you don't want to write it from scratch, you'll find the
source to ncftp in the Linux sources.

libfetch may be what you want, available under a BSD licence. Available
via anonCVS from lots of places - http://www.freebsd.org will contain
details. You can also browse the CVS repository beforehand
to see if it's what you want at
http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/lib/libfetch/

or see freebsd's ftp at:

http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/usr.bin/ftp/

(both from memory)
