I am working on a dos program which needs to shell - a dos command.
i.e. It hands over control to %COMSPEC% and resumes when %COMSPEC%
finishes.
There is insufficient memory available to run the shelled command.
I used to know my way around ka9q code. I don't any more! :{
I do remember it uses a good technique for making loads of memory
available by swapping it out while a command is shelled and swapping it
back afterwards. I seem to remember the author is German.
I searched the sources in ka9q216.zip and did not find the code.
I hope a reader of this will be able to point straight at it.

Perhaps it was the Snews source you should have been looking
into? Anyway, I think the stuff you mean can be found at:
ftp://ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/mirrors/simtelnet/msdos/pgmutil/exec33b.zip
