Your best bet are the authors' home pages (the sites which hold
collections of STiK/STinG clients tend to be a little behind):

STinG: http://www.stud.uni-hannover.de/~perot/index-e.html

NEWSie: http://www.primenet.com/~rojewski/newsie.html

AFTP: http://plzen.eunet.cz/consul/atari/atack/products/aftp_e.html
(NB: this one may have changed)

POPwatch/NEWSwatch: http://www.the-gap.demon.co.uk/atari/atari.htm

Okami: http://www.xs4all.nl/~josdb/okami.html

The version of STiK at www.flinny.demon.co.uk is the latest: STiK 2
has been "coming soon" for yonks but hasn't materialised yet.

You can probably find any other authors' homepages via Hallvard
Tangeraas' URL launchpad at:
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Bay/8745/

or the Ultimate TOS Software Index at:
http://ping4.ping.be/dipching-drulkhor/PRG-IND.HTM
