I've had a problem accessing a site using WWW115 which is actually on 
Demon, despite succesfully accessing it via other service providers. 
(Using other machines of course)

When I try accessing "http://www.demon.co.uk/grapevine/wine.htm" I get 
to see bursts of talking between the modem and the other end, but 
eventually it gives up and I get the blank screen.

This should be a reasonably fast accessible site. Is it Demon, or is 
it CAB/STIK again?
