I'm at a loss as to how to get CAB working on the Falcon. It works fine on the
ST. I've used the same modem in each case so I can't see it being a problem with
its settings. CAB itself seems ok. The browse function definitely works, I've
checked that with this month's ST Applications' disk. STiK also seems fine. It
reports successful connection, although I did find that it timed out unless the
"FIND = " was set to an empty search string.
The DIAL.TXT now reads
FIND = <CR>
RESPONSE = whatever
I'm using the version 1.08 available from HENSA.
When attempting to access a site, even those supplied on the hot-list I always
get a "read file error".
I've placed the CACHE directory on C but it makes no difference.
ps does anyone know why Oasis doesn't hang up the modem when NOS is exited?
