I've just re-read the small-print and I'm not sure how this is figured. At
one point it says the subscriptions are on an annual basis, with monthly
payments available. At another point it says that subscriptions are on an
"ongoing basis for a fixed charge." This is almost as if they've fixed the
price in stone, meaning they won't charge more than a TAM. Then again...

Do the users of Scotland On-Line/Prestel have the same charge as Demon, or
is it higher or lower? If it's not the same, I think it is quite probable
that either their charges are altered to match Demons, or Demons will be
altered to match Scotland On-Line/Prestel.
