My C-Lab Falcon MKII

I have a C-Lab Falcon MKII which I purchased from Toad Computers 2-3 years ago.
Since December of last year I had been having trouble booting the Falcon with
the cdrom drive and scsi cable connected to the Falcon's scsi port. Every time
I tried booting the Falcon in this way, the boot partition would become
corrupted and I would have to reload the boot files. The other day, I tried it
one more time and the worst happened...the Falcon no longer operates. The fan
comes on, the hard drive starts to spin up, and nothing else happens. I
disconnected the hard drive and tried to boot from floppy---nothing. The fan
comes on and the power indicater light comes on but that's it. No floppy
activity. Does this mean that my $1400.00 computer is now junk? I am now very
frustated, sad, and angry. What can I do now to rectify this situation that
won't cost me an arm and a leg to fix? All I really want to do is to get the
machine up and running again in order to be able to use it as trade in for a
TOS clone motherboard/cpu.
Thank you,
Sam Ferrer
