Viewing Pages Offline - Problem

I have recently upgraded to ie5.01. since then I am unable to view web pages offline. As suggested in the Help section I have added pages to my Favorites folder and clicked on the box to make them available offline. All I get in the Page Unavailable message. I have also clicked on Save As and saved the page using the 'complete' option. Once again I get the Page Unavailable message. What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting somewhere that I have to alter? Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Tony
