My PBG3 (Lombard, 1999 model) usually connects at 49k to Green; Red is
similar. This over Cable & Wireless from Leeds. Oddly, over the office
phone system (Torch, but a dodgy switchboard between my desk and them) I
can only get 33k to any ROMP.

I keep separate Location Manager setups for each of Red, Green and
Purple, with and without '9,' prefix, and flip between them. Most of the
time I stick with Green, though, for no particuarly rational reason.
