Like most things, it's at Imperial College:

This is 2.2.0a, which is the fixed version which will allow you a DTE rate
of 115,000.

When you find it, it will in fact be the Gzipped version (hqx.gz). You have
to get it with a binary transfer. If you don't have MacGzip, then you can
edit the .gz off the end before transferring, and you'll get the hqx file.

If so, while you're there you can pick up //cmp/mac-gzip-10b0.hqx :-) It's
very good...
