Firstly, it's a tenner a month, not a week.  Secondly, I now get better,
cheaper, access from CIX.  Thirdly, I was _far_ from alone in having
these problems with Demon.  Nowhere did Demon claim that "for a tenner
you can have crap service", the implication is that you can get reasonable 
(not guaranteed) service, on this they have failed to deliver.

Perhaps you are logging in at off-peak times (eg during the working day?)
