7.5.2 and MacPPP

I have put out feelers for a solution to the System 7.5.2 and MacPPP 2.2.0a
problem* but with no great response so far. Any news from any quarters on
when we in the 7200 etc world are going to be back in action with MacPPP or
is it time to buy InterPPP?

* With 7.5.2 neither the Open nor the Close buttons work at all. To connect
you have to launch an application which requires a TCP connection. To
disconnect - well, let's just say it's a pretty ugly combination of on/off
switches, restarting etc...
