Hi,

All the connections I have yesterday and today via Surftime have experienced
complete loss of data after about 20 minutes (between 20 and 22 usually).
Nothing gets through at all. I've tried Pings and traceroutes - all data
transfer is dead after about 20 minutes.

Could this effect be related to the Packet Loss I've been reading so much
about?

I'm using Win2K with a Diamond SupraExpress 56e PRO modem.

Any help would be appreciated.
