Another LAN-related question: Having now got a LAN ISDN connection working, I'm trying to persuade IE5.5 to use the LAN route rather than DUN for its default net access but I can't see anywhere obvious in Win9x CP or IE Internet Options to set LAN as the default. Certainly the Connections tab lets me set 'LAN Settings' (presumably Port 80 on the default gateway is the correct setting) but these just seem to coexist with the DUN settings without any indication of which IE should use. What should the 'Never dial a connection' etc setting be? I presumably want this particular option set since I don't ever want IE to use DUN automatically. (And in any case that's what I've previosuly used for compatibility with PWS, making all DUN connections manually). I have been through the Wizard selecting the LAN option and once or twice it's then worked. But it quickly seems to fail again, just ending up with 'This page cannot be displayed' error which I think is a dnserror page. The LAN ISDN connection does work since Eudora and Agent for example both bring up the line quite happily. It's just a problem with IE. I don't really want to uninstall DUN since there are a couple of DUN connectoids I need to use occasionally which don't have ISDN options. Anyone able to shed any light please? Maybe this is well documented on a web page somewhere? John Dann
