I have never tried to use trumpet winsock and would like to know if it is better? and what are the addvatages or disadvantages of useing trumped insted of the micro$oft winsock. - Freak007

Advantages: Very few... although it is a widely supported Winsock. It does have dial-script abilities though, making it useful for lines with call waiting/diversion. Disadvantages: RAS functions unavailable. 32-bit is "thunked", rather than direct, which may affect performance.
