I attempt to look after a site at a home for disabled people. The Site ID,Site Key and Site Secret are wrong how do I obtain from Demon the correct values. Also the passwords are not known. How do I go about identifying what is set up. When I access the Configuration file it just lists user names but not passwords. Only one of four user names will allow access but that one does not have the privelige to alter or set up new ones. Any help please? Jim Munday
