Perhaps the question could be rephrased, it could currently mean
several things ! However you could consider both of

/* */
do x = 1 to 5
    if uin.x = otheruin.x then
        say 'match'
end
/* */

/* */
uin.12 = 1
uin.25343 = 1
uin.35647 = 1
uin.4 = 1
newvalue = 12

if uin.newvalue = 1 then
    say 'already matched'
/* */
