I hope I've posted to the correct group here. I've looked through the
Demon groups and this seems to be the one I need. My apologies if I'm
wrong.

Many moons ago I used a PC with Turnpike and I seem to remember that I
could use Finger to find out the usage of my site. Now I'm using an iMac
and I have a copy of Finger for Mac, but very little idea of whether I
can get more detailed information from the site. I split my site into
directories/folders and what I'd like is an indication of the usage of
these folders rather than an overall use of the site (which I can get
from bwusage.txt via FTP).

I've found the bwusage and discusage commands but they are both site
wide not directory specific. I also know that the figures produced will
include requests for graphics but that's OK I can cope with the fuzzy
numbers.

Am I barking up the wrong tree here? I'm trying to get the usage figures
for specfic directories on my site.

TIA and sorry if this is dumb.

Graeme
