The specifications given in the Mac Zone catalogue are identical, except
for the processor speed (both use the 604e).  However the 4200 is on a
special offer.  My guess is that there are a fair number of 4200's - but
not 4160's in the warehouse, that need to be sold before the new 5000
(improved motherboard) and 6000 (CHRP motherboard & PPC750) series are
released.
