Try doing an NCSA Telnet does have a built-in ftp server. What it doesn't have is a built-in ftp client. You configure the server using the Edit:Preferences:FTP Server and Edit:Preferences:FTP Users menus. I'm not really sure if the 132x43 display feature and programmable function keys are available, though. I never use such features myself. I suppose the definitive source on these questions would be the Users Guide to version 2.6 available in postscript and in acrobat pdf files in: ftp://ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu/Mac/Telnet/Telnet2.6/Telnet2.6UserGuide (unfortunately, the pdf files have been saved in MacBinary and BinHex formats, which means you will need a Mac to read them) The latest verion of the program is 2.7b4. The differences between it and version 2.6 are summarized in: ftp://ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu/Mac/Telnet/Telnet2.7/2.7-doc-addendum.txt (There doesn't seem to be an actual Users Guide for version 2.7).
