What is the difference between System 7.1 and System 7.1.1?

My about this Macintosh says I have System SoftwareB1-7.1, I have already
installed System Update 3.0 for System 7.1

I wanted to try out OpenDoc, but that won't install unless I have at least
System 7.1.1

What is the actual difference between System 7.1 and System 7.1.1?
Can I get an updater for 7.1 to 7.1.1?

Please don't suggest I buy System 7.5, that has already been covered in
another thread.  It just isn't worth the money when I have all I need from
System 7.1, and I won't actually be seriously using Opendoc, I just want to
give it a spin.
