The best way is to get a Thinnet (aka 10base-2 or BNC) transceiver for the Quadra, a length of thinnet cable, a T-piece and a terminator. Plug the cable directly into the Apple transceiver. Put the T-piece on the PC card, plug the cable into one arm of the T and the terminator into the other. The Apple transceiver is self-terminating, so you don't need a terminator at that end. For RJ-45 you'd need a hub. Thicknet (AUI) is not suitable. regards, Paul Durrant (I've had a small thinnet network for a year or two around my one-room office. I've recently added a 10base-T (RJ45) hub to carry the signal over the rest of the house when that's needed. Thinnet is really not much harder to set up that LocalTalk.)
