The heirarchy charter for uk.comp.* just says "This hierarchy is for
UK-related issues concerning computers. It is not intended to duplicate
the function of the worldwide comp.* hierarchy." so maybe:
"uk.comp.sys.mac is for the discussion of issues relating to the use of
Apple's Macintosh computers (Macs) within the UK.  Contributions are
welcome from people who: use Macs; and live, work, or study in, or mean
to visit, the UK."  Maybe the last sentence is now un-necessary.
