I've just spent half an hour on the support line after seeing the 
announcement in demon.announce that the line is no longer beta! The 
person I spoke to said he couldn't understand why it wasn't working, 
gave me a list of strings (all ones that I have tried without 
success, except for the ones that disable 33k6 and 31k4 which make it 
pointless connecting to the new lines). He said he would look into 
it....
