If you are using the NTS stack with Turnpike, then why not one of the
ones from Turnpike:

Electronic Frontier Viper V288E with Rockwell chipset
Electronic Frontier Viper V288I with Rockwell chipset
Electronic Frontier Viper V288E with AT&T chipset
Electronic Frontier Viper V288I with AT&T chipset

Check the help in the Connect program for details of how to change to a
new modem file.

If you are unsure which chipset your modem uses, then try the Rockwell
file first, ticking the debug script box. If the modem responds ERROR,
then you need the AT&T script.
